NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Mahanoy Township Board of Supervisors as follows:

- Location: Mahanoy Area High School Auditorium, 1 Golden Bear Dr, Mahanoy City, PA 17948
PURPOSE OF THE HEARING
The purpose of the hearing is to inform and obtain public comment from interested parties prior to Amending the Mahanoy Township Zoning Ordinance to provide for the regulation of Data Centers and Data Center Development within Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County Pennsylvania. Currently the Township is operating under the Curative Amendment Process Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Code. A draft copy of the full text of the Proposed Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding provisions for Data Centers may be examined without charge at: Mahanoy Township Municipal Building 1010 West Center Street Mahanoy City, PA 17948. Copies are available at no charge upon request during regular business hours M-F 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All interested parties are invited to attend and provide input that will assist the Governing Body regarding amending the Mahanoy Township Zoning Ordinance to regulate data centers within Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County Pennsylvania.
